A full cinema daybed like DreamCoat or Orpheus gives the whole family deep, wall-to-wall space to stretch out together. A double chaise like the Larkham combines upright seating with generous chaise extensions. Choose standard 200 mm low arms on both sides, or pair one low arm with a tall wrap-around side.
Select from 6 preset widths (2,200 mm to 4,400 mm) or enter custom measurements for your room, with custom depths up to 2,100 mm before needing staff intervention to discuss access. Large daybeds are engineered in split/modular sections in our Sydney workshop so they fit cleanly through standard doorways, hallways and stairs.
Tailor your seat softness and choose from over 200 commercial and family-friendly fabrics, washable textures, plush velvets or 100% genuine Bovine hides and Bull hides from Italy, Scotland, New Zealand and Germany (including full aniline, semi-aniline, waxy, oil finish, waxy pull-up and protected family-friendly leathers). Start with our core fabric range or preview swatches in the 3D customiser—your chosen upholstery and optional cushions are confirmed in your quote.
DreamCoat is priced across 6 preset width brackets (from 2,200×1,800 mm at $3,455 up to 4,400×1,800 mm at $7,364, including GST). If you enter a custom width, your price uses the next preset width bracket up. Depths up to 1,800 mm do not change the price, while deeper builds (1,801–2,100 mm) add $186 per 100 mm increment per 600 mm seat.
Yes — for depths up to 2,100 mm, our Sydney workshop builds the frame in joinable sections so our delivery team can navigate standard doorways, hallways and stairs. If your room brief calls for a depth over 2,100 mm, our team will review your doorway and access path with you first.
A theatre daybed is built with deep fixed cushioning for everyday lounging and movie nights rather than a fold-out metal mattress mechanism. If overnight fold-out sleeping is part of your brief, explore our sofa beds collection.
DreamCoat arms are 200 mm wide as standard (other arm options are available on request with your quote), and you can choose two low arms or pair a low arm with a tall wrap-around side.
